These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tajheez website and services at tajheezads.com (the “Platform”), operated by Elaaf Digital Innovations (Commercial Registration No. 197903-1), Kingdom of Bahrain (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Tajheez

Tajheez is an online marketplace that connects couples with wedding sellers and service providers across the GCC. We provide the platform on which sellers list ads and buyers discover and contact them. We are not a party to any transaction, contract, or arrangement made between users, and we do not sell, supply, or guarantee any product or service listed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
  • We may require verification of your email address and mobile phone number before you can use certain features.

3. Tokens, packages, and listings

  • Publishing and featuring ads on the Platform uses tokens, which you purchase in packages or may receive through promotions or coupons.
  • Each token package specifies the number of tokens and the duration for which a published ad remains active. Ad durations are counted from the date your ad is approved.
  • Tokens have no cash value, are not transferable except as expressly permitted on the Platform, and may expire according to the validity period shown at the time of purchase or credit.
  • Ads are subject to review and approval. If an ad is rejected during moderation, the token used to create it is credited back to your account in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Payments

Token purchases and other payments are processed through our third-party payment providers, currently Tap Payments, BenefitPay, and PayPal. By making a payment you also agree to the terms of the relevant provider. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Your content and listings

  • You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and promote your ads on and in connection with the Platform.
  • You are solely responsible for your listings and must ensure they are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
  • You must have the right to sell the products or provide the services you list and to use any images or content you upload.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, fraudulent, offensive, infringing, or otherwise in breach of these Terms;
  • List prohibited, counterfeit, or unsafe items or services;
  • Harass, spam, deceive, or harm other users;
  • Attempt to bypass, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
  • Use the Platform for any purpose other than genuine wedding-related buying and selling.

7. Moderation and suspension

We may review, edit, refuse, remove, or expire any ad, and may suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, including where we believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached. Where an ad is rejected during moderation, the Refund Policy applies.

8. Dealings between users

Any transaction, communication, payment, or arrangement you make with another user is solely between you and that user. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any product or service, or for the conduct of any user. We encourage you to follow our safety tips and to exercise caution when dealing with others.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Elaaf Digital Innovations and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or reuse it without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elaaf Digital Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from dealings between users or from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
